Drafting of the new contract and statutes for several municipal companies, including:

  • a new contract between the company and the municipality;
  • the new statutes;
  • the new strategic objectives for the company;
  • the new strategic initiatives for the company;
  • the definition of the investments required;
  • the new tariff system, and its evolution, including the social tariffs;
  • the financial maps.
