Our history
RPG is a private consulting firm, founded in 2005 with the aim of providing high quality services through the experience gathered by its founders in Portugal and abroad for more than 15 years in the areas of regulation, performance measurement and evaluation, infrastructure studies and design, project management, concessions of public services and of public works, and other public-private partnerships, systems engineering, research and training and capacity building.
