Narrative description of the Project:
The project’s purpose was to develop an analysis and to propose a new tariff system for the water services of 4 companies operating in three Cape Verdean islands, including the development of a financial model which allows a better sustainability of those services.
The project aimed to support the decision of local regulator entity (ARME) in the tariff revision and in the robustness evaluation of the companies in the face of changes in cost structure (fuel cost and other operating costs, consumption, tariff changes, …).
